Please join us for the 2022 Peter Howell Neighborhood Association's Annual Meeting. We have been unable to meet in person for more than two years so in the name of public safety an outdoor meeting is planned at the most convenient date for PHNA members. The Sol Axe' (pronounced sol - ah - shay) drum and dance community will again lead a parade of kids in Halloween costumes on Saturday October 29 starting at 4 PM. The starting and ending location will be Alvernon Park at Alhambra. Here is the parade route.   Kids and adults have lots of fun with treats along the route. The parade is a neighborhood tradition - please join in, if only to provide support.
